Job summary

Catalyst Brands' Aéropostale store in Houma, LA is seeking a Supervisor to support management, deliver the best customer experience, and drive store results. You will help execute store operations and maintain an appealing selling environment.

You will lead associates, model company values, and perform POS transactions during shifts while the Store Manager is absent; evenings/weekends required and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
