PT Store Delivery Driver / Customer Service

The Store Delivery Driver and Customer Service are responsible for pulling and delivering products to customers on a regular route, or delivering products needed with minimal notice, and retrieving parts and products from customers or other store locations. The driver may assist in other in-store activities such as checking in freight, processing customer returns, resolving customer concerns, assisting counter customers, and taking phone calls.

Job Duties

• Ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery and pick-up of products.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain the company vehicle by periodic washing, keeping the interior clean and organized, and checking engine fluid levels as required.
• Assist in-store customers as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, security, safety, and daily operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Understanding of federal and state driving rules and familiarity with the territory.
• Familiarity with store operating procedures.
• Automotive Parts knowledge or sales experience preferred.
