Pay Range

This range is provided by Auto Value Parts Stores. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide sales service, assisting with parts, paint mixing, customer returns, and resolving concerns.
  • Check in freight, deliver parts, perform cycle counts, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain store appearance, security, safety, and operational standards as set by management.
  • Serve retail and commercial customers to make Auto Value a leading provider of auto parts and supplies.
  • Assist with phone inquiries, suggest related sales, and promote upgrades.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent service.
  • Follow store policies during sales transactions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Automotive parts knowledge or sales experience preferred; training available.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with store operating procedures.
  • Effective communication with customers, suppliers, visitors, and staff.
