MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

To manage stock and cashier team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS
  1. Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked.
  2. Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
  3. Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/receiving related paperwork.
  4. Participate in inventories.
  5. Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
  6. Properly execute all relevant register functions.
  7. Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.
  8. Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  1. Provide the highest level of customer service.
  2. Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book.
  3. Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
