Job summary

Vista Ridge Senior Care in Lakeway, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement the plan of care for facility residents and short-term patients. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PT plan of care for residents and short-term patients.
• Provide supervision for PT Assistants delivering the PT plans of care.
• Assist with patient screenings for PT needs.
• Communicate progress and barriers to PT goals with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely PT documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection control.
• Provide training and education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding the PT plan of care.
