General Purpose Of Position

The shoe associate will be responsible for executing merchandising and operational functions in the shoe department. This individual will provide outstanding customer service, drive sales and profitability, and safeguard company assets.

Focus Of Position

• Driving business results by paying close attention to detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks.
• Delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly environment, greet and acknowledge every customer, maintain product knowledge, and perform all aspects of customer service.
• Be aware of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in completing price changes as needed.
• Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
