Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining the store environment to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Collect and operate trash compactor, perform housekeeping, and keep work areas clean.
3. Manage shopping carts and assist in maintaining store organization.
4. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Willing to learn to operate necessary equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet performance standards.
• Complete the probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Adhere to safety protocols and dress code.
• Possess and maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Perform tasks requiring static pulling of up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
