Academy Point at Mystic is looking for a Part-Time Server

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server to join our team! As part of the Benchmark dining team, your role will be to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide exceptional service to our residents. If you are passionate about personalized service, enjoy serving delicious meals, and want to work for a company that values its employees, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

1. Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals promptly, ensuring they are presentable and appetizing.
2. Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
3. Assists residents with meal selection and addresses any specific needs or requests.
4. Prepares the dining area for the next meal service.
5. Assists in inventory management and supply replenishment.

Requirements

1. Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
2. Knowledge of dietary procedures and compliance with Health Department regulations for food service.
3. Ability to serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
5. This position requires standing for extended periods.
