Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security.
• Announce and warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Address suspicious or criminal activity promptly and escalate as needed.
• Report facility issues to supervisors.
• Call emergency responders for high-risk situations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have prior experience in law enforcement, security, corrections, etc.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
