Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Wisconsin is seeking diligent security officers for first shift. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with an increase to $17.50 after six months based on performance. Shifts include Saturday and Sunday, with consistent availability required.

You will guard posts, manage visitors and deliveries, monitor cameras, and respond to alarms while logging data and following post orders. Requires 18+, background check, WI security license, and HS diploma; MS Excel/Word experience

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to obtain a WI Security License.
• Must have HS Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand guard at security officer post, directing and checking in/out visitors, truckers with deliveries, issuing access badges, and other duties as necessary.
• Log visitor and trucking data and other basic reports in the security computer system.
• Monitor cameras.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as directed in post orders.
• Look for and report potential safety hazards.
• Wear and maintain appropriate PPE and follow policies.
• Follow client site-specific duties outlined in post-orders.
• Work additional hours when necessary to fill open shifts.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with company policies.

Schedule

Saturday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Sunday 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Must be able to work the above schedule on a consistent basis.

In This Role, You Will

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
