Responsibilities

• Monitors all participants, staff and visitors entering and leaving the facility.
• Answers telephone and directs calls to the appropriate staff member and/or department.
• Welcomes and introduces new participants as they arrive and assists in absence of onsite coordinator.
• Conducts vertical tours of the facility.
• Manages fire safety and other emergency procedures.
• Makes daily rounds of the center.
• Maintains daily, visitor and resident sign-in logs.
• Prepares incident reports and enters them into the electronic data system.
• In emergencies, contacts EMS, FDNY, or NYPD to address on-site incidents.
• Attends professional development training to keep certifications up to date.
• Performs other tasks as deemed necessary by PN Management.
