Chukar Cherries in Prosser, Washington, is seeking dependable, energetic individuals for a part-time evening packaging and gifts team during the holiday season. You will pack products into pouches, tins, jars and ensure quality standards.

This seasonal, part-time role runs 3:30pm–7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with training and potential schedule adjustments based on production needs. Join us to help deliver our award-winning products.

Formación

Description

Chukar Cherries is seeking dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join a part-time evening packaging & gifts team for the holiday season! In this role, you will pack products into pouches, tent boxes, tins, & jars while helping ensure every product meets our quality standards. This shift is seasonal part-time, evening, 3:30pm-7:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment.
• Accurately fill/weigh tins & jars.
• Fold & pack tent boxes.
• Complete production worksheets accurately.
• Run products through best-by date coder.
• Pack and label cases accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Complete required food and employee safety training.
• Perform other production duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand English product labels and work orders.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull 30-50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic addition, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to use a tablet and handheld barcode scanner.

Schedule

Evening shift: General hours are Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. The training schedule and general hours may vary based on production needs.
