Marc Jacobs is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at our Southdale Center location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting department goals, building and maintaining relationships, motivating the team, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to the sales team, motivate and guide team members to achieve sales targets, assign territories, report achievements to senior sales leadership, and mentor junior staff. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent customer service, and proven negotiating skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and plan team headcount and budget; evaluate reports to identify new clients, estimate sales, and understand profits and objectives; capture customer needs to qualify sales leads.
  • Lead and manage recruitment, hiring, and ongoing education of the sales team; establish sales territories and quotas; evaluate performance of sales managers; collaborate with leadership on strategies and sales goals.
  • Maintain customer focus by evaluating new customer goals, identifying solutions, handling complaints, and resolving conflicts affecting sales operations.
