What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Handle inbound customer calls, actively listening and providing exceptional service
  2. Follow the sales process to confidently ask for business and overcome objections
  3. Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Complete a job-related assessment as part of the hiring process
  5. Participate in a dynamic three-week training program to prepare for customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a clear speaking voice
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate various business software applications
  4. Commitment to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  5. Availability to work for at least 8 weeks during the seasonal period
