About the Role:

We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our ThirdLove boutique in Philadelphia. We seek dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.

The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and always prioritizing the customer. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the store’s success. This role may involve opening and closing duties and keyholder responsibilities.

As part of the Leap platform, this individual will support other brands through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum Age: 18+ years old
  • Experience: Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with a focus on premium customer service and brand representation.
  • Availability: Flexible to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds to deliver an elevated customer experience.
Hourly Pay Range:

$16 to $18, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

  • Task management: complete tasks accurately and timely.
