About the Role

We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our SET Active boutique in Los Angeles. We are seeking dynamic Part‑Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in‑store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives, enhance team and customer engagement, maintain visual and operational standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Perform opening and closing duties and provide keyholder support as needed.
• Support other Leap brands through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Background in retail, luxury retail, or high‑touch client‑facing roles with premium customer service experience.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
