Overview

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates for our boutique in Walnut Creek, CA. The role focuses on delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Enhance team and customer engagement and maintain visual and operational standards.
• Open and close duties and potential for keyholder responsibilities.
• Support other brands in the Leap portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.
• Familiarity with emerging retail technologies (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace) is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old or older.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with premium customer service and brand representation.
• Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift to 50 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency with or openness to learning retail technology tools (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace).

Hourly Pay Range: $19 to $22. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
