About the Brand:

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates to represent our Redvanly boutique on Bleecker Street. Candidates should be passionate about delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate excels at creating positive customer interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and supports sales initiatives, team engagement, visual standards, and store operations. Responsibilities may include opening/closing the store and keyholder duties.

As part of the Leap platform, this role offers the opportunity to support other brands through store openings, activations, and coverage. Familiarity with retail tech such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18+ years
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client roles
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $20, based on experience and qualifications.
