Overview
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Associate to join its Houston Premium Outlet in Houston, Texas. As a Sales Associate at Marc Jacobs, you will drive sales & service by providing an exceptional client experience, engaging in clienteling, and assisting with the operations of the store.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other KPIs
  • Ensure the store is always guest ready, welcoming and comfortable for clients
  • Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, trends, and product knowledge
  • Illustrate the client journey and behaviors to provide an elevated experience, encouraging repeat business
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs, including product, Brand DNA, and pillars
  • Capture client data and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles
  • Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion and empathy for clients, with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, embracing change and opportunities
  • Creative, innovative, and open to new ideas
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and products
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

SALARY & BENEFITS
