Founded by Mimi and Francesca Aiello in Malibu in 2012, it has grown into an internationally recognized brand with collaborations featuring iconic women such as Pamela Anderson, Sydney Sweeney, Gigi Hadid, Naomi Osaka, Hailee Steinfeld, and Sofia Richie. Their product range includes swimwear, ready-to-wear clothing, knits, and activewear, emphasizing feminine and flattering styles.

About the Role:

We are excited to open a new boutique in Newport Beach in June 2025 and are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates passionate about delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and building brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will excel at creating positive customer interactions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and support sales initiatives, team engagement, visual standards, and operational tasks. Responsibilities may include opening and closing duties and keyholder roles.

As part of the Leap platform, this role offers the unique opportunity to support other brands through store openings, activations, and coverage, with familiarity in retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace being advantageous.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client roles, demonstrating premium customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Hourly Pay Range: $18/hr to $20/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

• Efficient and accurate task management
