Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.
• Availability of at least 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Minimum physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and push/pull full racks of merchandise.
• Ability to use office equipment and technology such as cash registers, computers, phones, and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and suggesting products to meet needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.

The Part Time Sales Associate supports sales performance, delivers exceptional customer experience, and executes day‑to‑day store operations. Responsibilities include following customer engagement strategies, maintaining merchandising standards, and maintaining a top‑quality customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience / Customer Service

  Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards, initiating conversations with all customers, learning interests, and suggesting products. Assist customers in the fitting room, recommend products aligned with customer needs, promote the rewards program, and consistently achieve personal sales targets.

• Visual, Operation, and Safety

  Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked. Assist with opening and closing procedures, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity. Follow all company and store policies and report injuries promptly. Participate in loss prevention audits to minimize shrink.
