DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean and maintain the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
4. Assist with special projects and other assigned functions.
5. Adhere to management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards; report equipment issues and keep work areas safe and clean.
7. Treat all associates with fairness and respect.
8. Perform price checks and record discrepancies.
9. Control store supply usage.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Manage cash registers securely and process various transactions accurately.
12. Maintain security and report suspicious activities.
13. Operate and maintain equipment properly.
14. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
15. Recognize and differentiate produce items.
16. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

PREREQUISITE TRAINING

Physical Requirements

• Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Reach and grasp at various heights.
• Sufficient visual acuity for ID and document checks.
