DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by supervision.
5. Adhere to management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Follow safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep the work area safe and clean.
7. Treat all associates with fairness and respect.
8. Perform accurate price checks and record discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies responsibly.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies for check acceptance, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Manage cash registers securely and comply with cash handling policies.
12. Observe security protocols and report suspicious behavior.
13. Handle various transactions accurately, including cash, checks, electronic payments, and others.
14. Secure the register when unattended and maintain equipment properly.
15. Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards.
16. Recognize and differentiate produce merchandise.
17. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
18. Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for specific tasks.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical skills.
• Ability to perform technical job requirements.

PREREQUISITE TRAINING

Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously with occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
• Bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), push/pull (up to 75 pounds).
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Meet activity standards and have adequate visual acuity.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide friendly customer service and efficient checkout.
• Handle refunds and follow anti-money laundering guidelines.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
