Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Clean Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Perform price checks and record discrepancies.
• Control store supply usage.
• Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
• Manage cash register procedures and security.
• Operate and maintain equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Recognize produce varieties and perform cashier functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment.
• Bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), push/pull (up to 75 lbs).
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Visual acuity for ID checks and document review.

Preferred Requirements

• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Record purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Handle payments and provide refunds per policy.
• Meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Follow Anti-Money Laundering guidelines during financial transactions.

Salary Range

$15.50 - $22.30 per hour
