Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Clean Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance following company policies.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep the work area safe and clean.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Perform price check functions accurately.
• Manage store supplies to prevent waste.
• Record discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
• Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
• Manage cash registers securely and comply with cash handling policies.
• Monitor security and report abnormal behavior.
• Process various transactions per company policies and legal requirements.
• Secure registers when unattended and maintain equipment properly.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Recognize and differentiate produce merchandise.
• Perform cashier and service functions regularly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prerequisite Training:

Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
• Bend and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Sufficient visual acuity for ID and document checks.

Preferred Requirements:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Efficiently scan and record purchases.
• Handle payments and refunds accurately.
• Meet physical activity standards with or without accommodations.
• Follow Anti-Money Laundering guidelines during financial transactions.

Salary range: $15.50 - $22.30 per hour.
