Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean and maintain the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
5. Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards and report hazards or maintenance needs.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform accurate price checks and manage store supplies efficiently.
9. Record discrepancies and handle price verification promptly.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies on check acceptance and sale of age-restricted items.
11. Manage cash registers securely and process various transaction types in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
12. Maintain security and report suspicious activities.
13. Use and report issues with equipment promptly.
14. Keep the store clean and compliant with health regulations.
15. Recognize different produce varieties and perform cashier functions as needed.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously, with occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
• Bend and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Sufficient visual acuity for ID and document checks.

Preferred Requirements

• Handle payments and provide refunds according to policies.

Salary Range
