The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the store's day-to-day operations, focusing on customer engagement, store functionality, and maintaining merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Experience/Customer Service:
   • Embrace the brands by wearing the products and showing passion for Lee and Wrangler.
   • Greet each customer.
   • Engage customers by asking open-ended questions.
   • Assist customers in the fitting room.
   • Suggest the best products based on customer needs.
2. Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety:
   • Follow all company and store policies and procedures.
   • React quickly to customer or associate injuries and report immediately.
3. Visual Merchandising:
   • Follow visual merchandising standards as directed.
4. Store Culture:
   • Respect others' backgrounds and uphold company values.
   • Promote participation, creativity, and learning.
   • Seek ways to make the store sustainable and environmentally friendly.
   • Embrace store culture and adapt to management directions.

Job Requirements

1. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
2. Previous retail or service experience preferred but not required.
3. Work well in a team to exceed sales goals.
4. Comfortable approaching and talking to customers.
5. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Essential Functions

1. Operate office and store equipment (cash register, computers, scanners, etc.).
2. Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
3. Assist customers, restock merchandise, and recover the store.
4. Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
5. Restock and move merchandise racks.
6. Reach, bend, and crouch to retrieve and organize items.
7. Assemble displays and rearrange store layout as needed.
8. Read labels and assist customers with attention to detail.
9. Use fine manipulation skills for sorting and organizing clothing.

Pay and Benefits

1. Hourly wage: $11.00-$15.00 (or $15.50 in NY and CO).
