Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You will execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. You will foster a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers daily. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Supervisor you will:

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model excellent customer service for team members.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to improve it.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven success in exceeding sales and performance expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
