Job Overview

Build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for art. Help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean and clutter‑free environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
• Use the Elevated ABC Deliver system to build relationships with all customers while creating custom framing solutions, delivering sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and directed replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Follow SOPs and company programs consistently.
• Support shrink‑age and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive even in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are met and budgets are respected.
• Operate the cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes.

Minimum Experience

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and use a glass cutter.

Preferred Experience

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

• Public retail store setting; climate‑controlled public areas, some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Framing shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Pay Range

Total Base Pay Range: $15.25 - $17.90
