Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a part-time Financial Advisor Assistant for a contract to possible perm job opportunity to sit remotely in the state of New York preferred. This resource will be expected to work 20-25 hours a week, and be available for a call or email from the financial advisor Monday-Friday.

Experienced in Financial Services industry, supporting seasoned Financial Advisor. Solely responsible for all administrative duties.

  • Experienced with securities, life insurance, annuities and Compliance, and all related terminology.
  • Assisting to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations
  • Upkeep of licensing, renewals & CE requirements
  • Assistance with scheduling & confirming client appointments
  • Assist with client prospecting and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator. Marketing experience a plus.
  • Proficient with editing pdf documents and Adobe Sign. Knowledge of eMoney a plus.
  • Past or current Life & Health insurance and securities licenses a plus.

Interface with new and existing clients, speaking articulately, representing Financial Advisor.

  • Perform all aspects of client service including completion of all new business applications, submitting and follow up of all new business, rectification of NIGO's on account and insurance applications, tracking and completion of all aspects of underwriting and TOAs. Servicing all related investment account, life and annuity policies. This can include establishing systematic withdrawals & deposits, subsequent contributions.

Self-starter, problem solver. Highly organized and ability to multi-task, prioritization and time management of tasks (highly efficient). Track and update tasks and client information in Salesforce.
