Job description

Account Executive Part time, on call remote, Flexible!!Jacksonville/St. Augustine/Daytona

Bileddo Associates is a highly successful Executive Search and Staffing company that has an immediate opening for someone to assist with one of our major onsite accounts in the area.


If so, we are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic and energetic person to add to our team. Ideal for a stay at home mom or motivated college student who is comfortable working in a fast and slow paced environment.

You will be asked to work within our database to call and confirm shifts, identify contractors already on our team to work available overtime or extra shifts and maintain positive and professional relationships on behalf of Bileddo Associates with our RN and Staff RN contractors.

You will generally be on call Friday-Sunday 8:00am-10pm at the latest and will generally perform 10-15 hours per weekend actively. Once to confirm contractors know their shift assignments, and then whenever we are notified that the facilities we service need additional support.

Contact will include, text messaging, email and phone calls.

  • Strong computer skills (to include MS Word and database experience)
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, telemarketing, sales, retail, telephone, and database experience is a plus
