Job description

Home Instead is seeking a part-time registered nurse; we offer flexibility in our work schedule. This is an excellent position for a new graduate, a mom who wants flexibility around her child’s busy schedule, or a seasoned nurse who isn’t ready to retire. As the CM, there will be occasions when you will be notified after hours or on weekends, but since we are non-medical, you will not be responsible for making a visit.

You start your day from home; there is no need to start from the office. We are fully electronic; no paperwork to do or turn in.

Office located in Lawrenceville, GA, but will be moving to Duluth.

Service areas include but are not limited to Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Tucker, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Decatur, Midtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain, and Belvedere Park.

The RN will be responsible for conducting consultations/health assessments, conducting supervisory visits, and taking calls from caregivers regarding client health issues. This will be limited because we are a non-medical company.

The RN will have flexibility and control of conducting 3-6 new client assessments per week and/or existing client re-evaluations that must be completed every 90 days. Each visit will last roughly 1-2 hours and is largely scheduled within a 7-day window at the discretion of the RN. The number of hours per week will be approximately 10-14.

Pay is $45-47 per hour plus mileage reimbursement for travel between client visits.

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Must be compassionate, loyal, and flexible.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with basic laptop technologies and completed digital documentation from home.
• Must have reliable transportation.
