Recreation Center Assistants : The City of Radford Recreation Department is seeking PT Recreation Center Assistants. The successful candidates will greet visitors when they enter the facility and verify membership and check them in. The Rec. Center Assistant will also have knowledge of the Recreation Center Facility and offer tours to prospective new members, ability; monitor safe use of equipment and facilities; coordinate and schedule practices and rental of recreational facilities and collect fees for membership and rentals. Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to work a variable schedule that includes mainly night and weekend shifts. Rate of pay: $13.25/hour.
