Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones, greet prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the appropriate department, notify staff of waiting customers, and introduce customers to sales personnel
• Work cooperatively with sales and internal teams
• Communicate professionally and courteously with callers and visitors
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned
