JOB SUMMARY:

Grow with us as a PT Receptionist at our Billie Arthur Design Studio in Sioux Falls, SD! Make a positive difference by creating a welcoming first impression both in person and over the phone. We’re seeking an excellent communicator who is customer-oriented, self-motivated, and organized to oversee our busy front desk.

  • Part-Time: Flexible Schedule with Multiple Shifts Available!
  • You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors to the appropriate areas of our company.

Assist with exclusive events at The Billie Arthur Design Studio, including supplies, vendor coordination, and communication.

  • Use your customer service skills and professional appearance to greet everyone entering the building with a positive attitude that reflects the values of The Billie Arthur Design Studio.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must pass a background check upon job offer before starting employment.

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.

Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in an administrative or office environment preferred.

Must maintain a polished and professional appearance.
