Job summary

Bedford Dental is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist to join a private, quality-focused practice in Bedford, MA. The role offers a part-time, permanent position with a strong emphasis on prevention, periodontal health, and long-term patient relationships.

The successful candidate will work in a modern clinic with dedicated one-hour appointments, support for ongoing education, and access to state-of-the-art technology. Training for GBT/Airflow is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene license.
• Current Massachusetts Local Anesthesia Permit L.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong periodontal assessment and clinical hygiene skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative approach to care.
• GBT/Airflow experience preferred but training provided.
• Dentrix experience is a plus.

Compensation: Starting at $55/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus
