Job Details

• Position: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Shift: 3P-11P
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient nursing care to residents under RN supervision, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients, observe conditions, report changes, and contribute to assessments and care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, supervise unlicensed staff care.
• Qualifications: Graduation from an approved LPN program, current licensure, and BLS/CPR certification if required.
