Job Summary

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. It holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

Responsibilities

1. Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
2. Facilitates training for new and current employees.
3. Conducts and participates in group meetings.
4. Coordinates evaluations with management.
5. Determines the best solutions for package concerns.
6. Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all duties are accomplished safely and timely.
7. Demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct consistently.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
