Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to train and oversee package handlers and clerks, focusing on safety and productivity. You will be accountable for attendance, timecard submission, and guiding teams to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, is comfortable with Microsoft Office, and may have prior management experience. This is aPermanent, on-site role with opportunities for growth within UPS.

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
