This position involves training and supervising Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
2. Facilitate training for new and current employees.
3. Conduct and participate in group meetings.
4. Coordinate evaluations with management.
5. Determine the best solutions for package concerns.
6. Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure tasks are completed safely and timely.
7. Uphold UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
