Job Summary: This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
2. Facilitating training for new and current employees.
3. Conducting and participating in group meetings.
4. Coordinating evaluations with management.
5. Determining solutions for package concerns.
6. Supervising daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
7. Upholding UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications:
