Job Description

Location:

Kaysville 400 W Branch, 195 North 400 West, Kaysville, UT 84037

Schedule:

Part Time PM; Monday – Friday 12:45pm – 6:15pm; Rotating Saturdays 8:40am – 2:15pm

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Starting pay of $17.00/hour, with potential increases based on experience and incentives.

Responsibilities
Member Focus
  • Provide exceptional service by assessing member needs, advising, and assisting with transactions.
  • Educate members on managing their accounts and cross-sell products/services.
  • Increase member satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet sales and service goals.
  • Make outbound calls to members for consultations.
  • Resolve problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Branch Operations
  • Maintain cash drawer, initiate transfers, create VISA cards, process IRA and other transactions.
  • Handle fraud disputes, assist with branch opening/closing, ensure branch security.
Other Responsibilities
  • Represent the credit union professionally.
  • Keep work area tidy, respond promptly to communications.
  • Participate in training, travel as needed, comply with regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficient in computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of credit union policies, ability to cross-sell, perform calculations, and communicate effectively.
Physical & Working Conditions
  • Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands, reach.
  • Stand, walk, kneel, crouch occasionally.
  • Lift up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Moderate noise environment.
