Job summary

Hilton in Durango, CO is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our kitchen and dishes sparkling while delivering the warm hospitality our guests expect. You will contribute to memorable stays by ensuring a spotless dining area and clean, efficient service, including weekends and holidays as needed.

This role pays between $16 and $18 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow within our culinary team and learn best practices in a globally recognized hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
