A Dishwasher is responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel’s effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Shifts are Thursday through Saturday nights from 3 PM to 11 PM. This position requires holiday availability. The pay range is $15.01 - $19.06 per hour DOE.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
• Scrub pots and pans
• Burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silverware
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties including mopping and trash removal
• Transport and store clean serviceware
• Train other stewards, as needed
• Prepare and arrange clean serviceware for events and functions
