Job summary

Lotus Gardens Senior Living in Appleton, WI is seeking a Part-Time PM shift (2 pm-10 pm) Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who aim to improve residents' lives. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, socialization, cognition and health, while promoting independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have prior care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and health-related tasks.
• Support resident independence and dignity through respectful interactions.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.

About the Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.

Preferred Qualifications
