Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Physical Therapist provides and directs Physical Therapy services, including assessment, treatment, program planning, documentation, and communication, under a physician’s order.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel via air and ground transportation
• At least 1 year of PT experience

Additional Skills:

• Professional image projection
• Knowledge of regulatory standards

• Ability to make independent decisions
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications
• Drug and alcohol-free workplace
