Trinity Rehab in Salisbury, NC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a full-time or PRN capacity. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans and provide skilled therapy in accordance with physician orders.

Surrounded by a supportive, interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence while maintaining accurate documentation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires.
