Vibra Healthcare, LLC. in Odessa, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to organize and conduct prescribed physical therapy programs for adults and geriatrics, aiming to maximize function and safe transfers.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, supervise PTA staff, educate patients and families, and document progress to support discharge planning. The role requires a PT license in the state, with BLS certification within 30 days.
Organize and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disabilities following a disease, injury, or loss of a body part. Help patient reach His/her maximum
performance while learning to live within the limits of His/her capabilities.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Current PT license to practice by the licensing board in the state of employment..
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of basic computer skills and word processing.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current PT license to practice in state of employment. Must obtain BLS within 30 days of employment and maintain for the duration of employment.
