Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to help older adults regain strength and independence. You will design and implement therapy plans aligned with each resident’s goals.

This PRN, on-site role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, accurate evaluations, and evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and quality of life. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, an active Ohio license, and strong

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
  • Two years of experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability.
  • Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance.
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well‑being.

You are a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping older adults regain strength and independence. You are collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in designing and implementing effective therapy plans that align with each resident’s unique goals.
