Hourly Pay Rate:

W2: $46

1099: $57

Physical Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS PT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software
